Full Body Circuit
A 30 minute workout:
Warm up with 2 to 5 minutes on a cross trainer ideally to warm up all your muscles then:
- Barbel front squat and press 2 x 20
- 20 second rest
- 3 x rowing sprints 30secs on and 30secs off
- 20 second rest
- Repeat the above x 2
- Wide lat pull down 2 x 20
- 20 second rest
- Closed narrow grip press ups 2 x 20
- 20 second rest
- Repeat the above x 2
- Barbell high steps on a bench 2 x 24
- 20 second rest
- Dumbbell arnold press 2 x 20
- 20 second rest
- Repeat the above x 2
